What in the horror is "Satan Claws"?

Hello, everyone! Danilo Rocha here. I'm the dude behind Satan Claws. In a nutshell, SC is my love letter to 80s slasher. This is the movie that I have watched time and time again ever since I was a kid, but wanted to be part of. Now it's my chance to actually do an old-school slasher, practical fx, tons of fake blood, body parts, you name it. Indie horror, baby!

It all started with the title. I've always liked it (call me crazy). Then I wrote what I would like to watch, with a few twists here and there. We promise you you're in for a treat. The first Satan Claws will work as a proof of concept/prologue to a much bigger story. Think of it like that looooong beginning of Friday the 13th (2009).

The goal with the movie is to give people a good time. Life lessons? Nope, not in here. Gore? Yep! Actually, hell yeah. Will this be the next Christmas slasher? Who knows. I didn't write it thinking about that. If it happens, it happens. I just want to put it out there and hopefully the audience will feel the love that we are all putting behind Satan Claws.

Speaking of love..Every single person attached to the movie is doing so because they believe in my vision and my passion. Will it be a smooth shoot? (When is it ever?). But I know that our collectible blood, sweat and tears will result in something we are proud of.
