That weekend in Julian (CA) and Crowdfunding Approval

The week barely started, and we have lots to talk about!
First, our Seed&Spark campaign was approved, and we will go LIVE on August 5th, Wednesday. So far, the feedback we've been getting has been pretty great. So hopefully this translates into the campaign.

Now, onto Julian, California....
A little context, first. I was on set for two long days, then on Friday, we shot the pitch video for Seed&Spark for about 6 hours. Then went home, packed, and 6am was at the airport to fly to sunny San Diego.
Getting there, Alex (who you probably know by now as an actor and also producer of SC), picked me up, and we pretty much drove 1hr to Julian,Ca. Love at first sight, exactly what I imagined in my head when I was writing the story. Hopefully we'll have plenty of snow when we shoot it in March.
Alex and I were wearing the Satan Claws shirts and hats; we got a few looks from people, and they all asked what " Satan Claws " was. After I told them what's up, they all loved the idea. We made some really nice connections there.
We were there for probably 3 hours, and started thinking of all the cool stuff we could do there. Back in San Diego, went back to finishing the last details on our crowdfunding pitch video and campaign page. Then got the red-eye back home. Am I tired? Very. Am I happy? Hell yeah!!! 1000000000000x worth it.
Later this week, we have the Popcorn Frights in South Florida. I'll be attending all 10 days and plan to get a lot of eyeballs turned to Satan Claws.
Now, I need a nap. Lol
